Right after ice out, the Detroit River is some of the best walleye fishing in the state. I am guiding there the months of March and April. From there I fish Saginaw Bay for the months of May through August. Also in July and August trips are available on Lake Michigan for salmon and steelhead. In the fall Muskegon Lake has one of the best trophy bites in the country. I also offer bass and panfish trips on smaller inland lakes that are calmer and great for children.

You will be in a Coast Guard and State of Michigan inspected 19ft Yar Craft Storm with the latest safety devices on board. The boat has ship to shore radio, global positioning system (GPS), 2 Lowrance graphs, flotation devices and water lights. The Yar Craft is powered by a 225hp Mercury OptiMax with a 9.9hp four stroke Mercury kicker. The bow is equiped with Minn Kota 80lb thrust electric motor.
